    Cadbury’s Test New Chocolate Oinkment in Malaysia

    Muslims declare Jihad on a piece of paper!

    Enraged Muslims in Malaysia have called for a holy war or Jihad to be waged on Cadbury after traces of pig DNA were picked up in their chocolates. As a result of the complaint, the company has pulled two of its products from Malaysian shop shelves.

    A group of more than 20 Muslim organizations have condemned UK confectionary company Cadbury, saying “it has crossed the line.”

    “They have betrayed us Muslims by putting ‘haram’ elements through the foods we consume in our body, to weaken us Muslims,” said Abu Bakar Yahya, chief of Muslim group, Perkasa Selangor, to press at a conference on Tuesday in Kuala Lumpur quoted by Malaymailonline.

    Some of the Muslim organizations even called for a Jihad to be declared against Cadbury for its “betrayal.”

    The Malaysian Health Ministry confirmed on Tuesday that traces of porcine DNA had been picked up in a routine check for non-halal substances in Cadbury products. According to Islamic law, Muslims cannot consume pork or any products derived from it. (more…)

    ILLEGAL: Probiotics & Superfoods – Across Europe

    image

    by Clive De Carle

    Dear Friends
    In this Ancient Purity newsletter we are going to talk about Iodine deficiency. You may also have discovered the EU has now banned people from using the term “Superfoods”, so you can no longer distinguish between positive and negative in food. They’ve attacked all the supplements and now it’s food; will we be able to say that the Maca Root from Peru is better for you than tinned steak?
    “Probiotics” is also now an illegal term, yes it’s true. So we’ll have to say “Good Bacteria” until we have the freedom of speech back.

    This is happening because people are waking up and taking control of their health, so we’ve decided to start calling them “Powerfoods” if anyone has any good suggestions for what we should all now call them please get in touch, it doesn’t matter what we call them, what matters is they work and we can consume them as much as we like. After the Iodine article we will talk about one of our favourite 5up3rfoods, Goji Berries. But let’s explain exactly what has happened, we don’t recall being asked about this by the un-elected “leaders.”

    Freedom Of Speech About Health Is Gone In Europe

    The words “probiotic,” “prebiotic,” and “superfood” have now been made illegal to use under the European Union. Recently, the ANH-USA office enjoyed a visit from our UK-based colleague, Dr. Robert Verkerk, president of ANH-Europe. This trip inspired him to dedicate his monthly column in What Doctors Don’t Tell You magazine to recent violations of European free speech:
    Throughout the EU, the terms “probiotic,” “prebiotic,” “superfood,” and “antioxidant,” when used in relation to commercial food products or supplements, are now illegal… The European Commission believes that terms like “microorganisms” or “bacteria” is a more accurate way of referring to bacteria associated with the human gut that we have long called probiotics, despite the fact that some bacteria may be harmful or even pathogenic…

    The Commission is equally concerned about how terms like “superfood” might mislead consumers and affect their buying practises. Any commercial operator that now uses this long-popular term to suggest that pomegranate, goji berries, chia seeds, mango, blackberries, or green tea are somehow better for us than white flour or sugar or any number of processed foods, is now engaged in a criminal act in the EU. The same goes for the term “antioxidant” when used to refer to vitamins or polyphenol-rich fruits, vegetables or herbs.
    Furthermore, under the EU Food and Supplements Directive, it’s illegal for doctors to communicate the benefits or health claims of any food, supplement, or non-drug product to patients. As Dr. Verkerk shared in an interview with LaLeva.org, So for example, though we have a very substantial problem in our society with consumption of inappropriate foods, to say that taking Omega 3 fatty acids are good for ADHD children, would be illegal. Yet that may be a very important and fundamental piece of advice a practitioner needs to give to their client or patient. Unless your product is licensed as a medicine, you are not allowed to talk about its benefits, even if it is a food.

    Supplements – “What Are You Eating?” FREE Ebook

    Excerpt from “What Are You Eating” by Sunny Lyons

    Part VIII – Supplements

    There are around 100 basic nutrients that the human body requires everyday for a great life. These comprise of;

    16 Vitamins (A, B complex, C, D, E and K)

    70 Minerals (major, trace and micro trace elements)

    8-10 Amino Acids

    3 Fatty Acids (Omega 3, 6 and 9)

    Phytonutrients (plant chemicals)

    Antioxidants (destroy free radicals)

    Many nutritionists recommend many supplements. Others say your wasting your money and you get everything you need from a good diet. With the reduced quality fresh foods we are forced to eat nowadays, to get these nutrients from our diet is probably impossible. If you were to only eat organic, homegrown meats, fruits and vegetables and you cook and balance what you eat extremely well, you may get close to ingesting the necessary nutrients, but it’s still unlikely you would get everything the body needs, every time it needs it.

    To get all of these nutrients solely from supplements would take around ten bottles of supplements and in excess of £100 per month.

    Whilst I think it is unnecessary to spend a lot of money on everyday supplements, the middle path is always the best. I recommend a good quality multi vitamin and multi mineral, an Omega 3 supplement like a flax seed oil or borage and some probiotics occasionally.

    Remember – It’s better to have a slightly expensive urine than a lack of nutrients!

    If you’re concerned about your nutrient intake or wish to know more precisely what you are lacking, seek out a professional nutritionist or dietician that can do some clinical testing ie. blood and urine.

    Eliminating Processed Foods – “What Are You Eating?” FREE Ebook

    Excerpt from “What Are You Eating” by Sunny Lyons

    Part VII – A Great Starting Point

    What is health? Is it to do with feeling great on a day to day basis? Is it being free of disease? Is it being pain-free? Is it being drug-free? Is it having a clear, focused mind? Personally, I think all of these descriptions are valid and there are many more. The one thing people have in common is that they want to be happy. Happiness is a mental state and healthy body means healthy mind. Get the body healthy, the mind will follow.

    It’s fair to say that processed food is unhealthy. It’s not really fair to say that all fresh food is healthy, all the time. Raw tahini (sesame seed paste) is the best form of calcium known to man, but should be avoided if you suffer obesity because of it’s high fat content. Nuts are a wonderful source of protein, omega- 3 and dietary fibre but could prove fatal if you’re allergic. Raw food is excellent for some while others should only eat warm food. We are all incredibly unique and while we all ingest, digest, assimilate/absorb and eliminate foods in a similar way, the amounts can vary hugely from person to person. Maximum vitality can only be attained through a fresh diet, a combination of knowledge and understanding, instinct and intuition, and experimentation. (more…)

    Avoid The Toxic Sunscreen & Try Coconut Oil

    image

    This is no longer seen as alternative news or ‘conspiracy,’ not long ago what alternative health research has been saying for years is now admitted in the mainstream: most sunscreens on the market actually speed up your risk of skin cancer; as opposed to protecting you due to their ingredients. Although they can protect against sunburns, what is the health related cost of using them? And are we getting the vitamin D from the sun that our bodies need if we use sunscreen?

    Can the sun really cause cancer? This is tough to say to be honest. In research found throughout medical journals there isn’t a clear answer for this. After all, in the 1930′s rates of skin cancer were incredibly low and people were outside as much -if not more than we are today. Yes rates of cancer have gone up 1800% in the past 30 years, but is the sun and depleted ozone to blame? (more…)

    Eliminating Processed Foods – “What Are You Eating?” FREE Ebook

    Excerpt from “What Are You Eating” by Sunny Lyons

    Part VI – Eliminating Processed Foods

    It’s been my experience that we can be lethargic towards change. It is also true that I have never yet come across someone who regrets changing to a healthy diet. If you already have a disease and have realised your diet caused it or contributed towards it – good for you. Your change will be quicker. By the time your disease is cured you will have changed your diet so radically you will be fitter, stronger, more vibrant and happier and you’ll be attracting like into your life!

    So here’s a quick list summary of what’s been said so far;

    1. Eliminate processed food and drinks or consume as little as possible

    2. Don’t eat tinned food

    3. Certainly, keep well clear of products containing;

    * Flavourings (If you can’t pronounce it – don’t eat it)

    * MSG, hydrolyzed protein and other flavour enhancers

    * Aspartame, saccharin and other artificial sweeteners

    * Refined sugars

    * Refined or bleached flour

    * Sulphates and sulphites

    * Nitrates and nitrites

    * Propyl Gallate

    * BHT & BHA

    * Benzoic acid (aka sodium benzoate)

    * Colouring

    4. Never eat partially hydrogenated or hydrogenated trans fats

    5. Avoid products with a long shelf life. The better they do on the shelf, the worse they are for your body

    6. Avoid dehydrated and freeze-dried products ie. Pot Poodle, instant coffee/chocolate

    7. Don’t eat or drink any concentrates

    8. Avoid food and drinks that have been pasteurised or homogenised

    9. Avoid products made with ingredients described as “natural flavouring” or “natural colouring”

    10. Become a keen label reader – don’t be fooled

    11. Don’t put good wine on top of bad. Unblock the system ie. clean the colon.

    12. Avoid cleaning yourself, your house and your clothes with toxic products.

    Top Shareholders In Whole Foods & Monsanto: Identical

    image

    by Jon Rappoport

    Is there a Whole Foods-Monsanto connection?

    THE ANSWER IS YES!

    But the important question is: what does this connection mean?

    What does it imply?

    Is it significant?

    If you consult open listings (for example, investors.morningstar.com), you can look at the major shareholders of these two publicly traded companies, Monsanto and Whole Foods.

    If you read the top 10 shareholders for each company—the holders of the most stock—you’ll see that five out of those ten are the same.

    Who are those five? (more…)
